Handy Easy CAD

Previously known as Free Easy CAD, Handy Easy CAD is a useful tool that can be used on Windows-powered machines to create CAD drawings. True to its current and previous name, this 3D CAD program is indeed quite handy and very easy to use. So if you need a nice tool to create CAD drawings, this one is worth a try.

There is nothing complicated about getting Handy Easy CAD up and running. It is, as a matter of fact, a standard installation procedure: download an installer (an executable that is almost 14MB in size), run the installer, go through the steps presented by a setup wizard.

There is nothing complicated about the application’s interface. Said interface has a simple layout: the CAD drawing you’re working on is presented front and center, buttons for various functions are presented all around. It won’t take long to familiarize yourself with the interface and figure things out.

From a functionality point of view, you can expect to get the following from Handy Easy CAD: draw a variety of shapes, import and export data, undo and redo function, multiple view options, move/rotate/break/divide and other options to modify the drawing, convert a 3D solid to 2D, and more.
